Dutch court fines spammer

A Dutch court fined a spammer for €5.000,= for breach of the forum agreements to a website, gay.nl. The spammer used the website for commercial purposes luring members to a premium rate number service. The site owners took the spammer to court after they were unable to settle according to the forum agreements. The judge decided that the spammer was given ample information upfront that he should have know when he breached said agreements. The fine given was the maximum height possible. Here’s a link to the original article. I have not found the court’s decision.
